Pesto Fried Eggs
An incredible way to level up your breakfast is to just add pesto. These eggs served with fresh sourdough might be my death row breakfast choice. Super easy to make & a perfect start to the day!
Ingredients:
pasture raised organic eggs
pesto, homemade, or store bought
olive oil
Instructions:
Heat up a pan & add desired amount of pesto & small drizzle of olive oil.
Let the pesto & oil coat the pan.
Once heated, crack eggs on top of the pesto & oil, leaving the yolk intact.
Cover eggs for a few minutes. Option to flip the egg to ensure whites are cooked, or serve sunny side up!
Serve with favorite toast or potatoes!
